How It Works
-
Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation
Let’s determine if mediation is the right fit for your situation. We’ll review your case type and answer any questions you have. -
Step 2: Mediation Sessions
Sessions take place virtually or in-person (based on availability), and generally last 1–2 hours. Most cases require 1–3 sessions. -
Step 3: Final Agreement
Once both parties reach consensus, a written agreement can be drafted and signed. You may submit this to the court, or review it with an attorney.
